239 new flats to be built in Košice

The company R.C.B. plans to invest over EUR 14,7 mill. in 239 new flats in Západ, a suburb of Košice. The first stage should start in March this year. “The plan for the first-stage is building an urbanistic block including construction of 2 main blocks consisting of a complex of a housing and amenities building, transport infrastructure and the necessary number of parking spaces,” says the investment project specification. The investor plans to construct buildings of 4 + 1 above-ground floors together with a 9-storey dominant building. The average size of flats will be 70 m2.
